The Digital Presence package has a maintenance fee of $1,800 MXN/month. The Full Automation + AI package (combined, including the web layer) is $4,500 MXN/month. Both include dedicated server hosting, technical support, daily backups, professional email accounts, and AI service access.

Which AI model do you use?

We use Claude Sonnet 4 by Anthropic, one of the most advanced language models available. It's accessed via Anthropic's enterprise API — we don't run the AI on our own server, which ensures maximum quality and reliability.

Is my data private when using AI?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Through Anthropic's enterprise API, data sent to the AI is never used to train their models, in accordance with Anthropic's business privacy policy. Your information and your customers' data remain confidential.

What happens if I exceed the WhatsApp or email limits?

The WhatsApp add-on includes 150 conversations per day. A conversation is a 24-hour messaging window with a single user — no matter how many messages are sent within those 24 hours, it counts as one. If the daily limit is exceeded, the excess is billed to the client at Meta's current rate for that day. For Brevo email, exceeding 9,000/month automatically pauses sending until the next period, with no extra charge.

How much does the domain cost from the second year?

The custom domain's first year is included in the website creation cost. Starting from year two, renewal is $500 MXN/year, managed directly through Eclipse.

Is there a lock-in contract?

Accepted Answer

No. Monthly maintenance can be cancelled with 30 days' prior notice. Upon cancellation, we deliver your data backups and project source code. No penalties or exit fees.

Who owns the domain?

Accepted Answer

The domain is registered in the Client's name. Eclipse manages the technical configuration during the contract. Upon cancellation, Eclipse transfers full domain access to the Client within 15 business days.

How many revision rounds are included?

Accepted Answer

Each project phase includes up to 2 revision rounds at no extra cost. From the third round on the same phase, additional time is quoted separately. Feedback must be consolidated — not sent as scattered individual changes throughout the day.

How much does each extra WhatsApp conversation cost?

Accepted Answer

Conversations beyond the 150/day included are billed at Meta's current rate at the time of use. The cost varies by destination country and conversation type (business-initiated vs. user-initiated). We'll share the applicable rate for your market when you contract the add-on, and usage can be monitored in real time from the dashboard.
